📦 How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • UK & Europe: 10-12 business days
  • Canada: 10-12 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–12 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your item is dispatched.

🌍 Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted international partners to source unique home and fashion accessories.
Depending on the item, your order may ship from one of our overseas fulfillment warehouses.

🔄 Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Note:
We do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings or intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or sale items

To start a return, email us at support@verlinstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

💳 Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🎁 Are your items handmade?
Many of our products are made in small batches by independent design studios and skilled manufacturers.
We focus on quality, aesthetic value, and accessibility — not mass production.
